I worked for 3 weeks at Sky Creative on the sports promo team. I was tasked with keying 16 Drivers for 21 Grand Prix for the Formula 1's promotional season 18/19. All of this was done while adhering to Sky's branding guidelines.
In addition to my work experience at Sky, I was able to work on the Premier League 18/19 promotional season with Noel Clarke as the host.
OLD VERSION
This is the old 10-second blip, which I improved upon.
I had to deal with green-screen footage of all the drivers. You can see below the quality of the video was not perfect and the colours were washed out. I used Keylight in Adobe After Effects to get rid of the majority of the background. However, for it to look perfect I had to Rotoscope the drivers frame by frame since they all moved slightly while talking. Afterwards, I would add the colour back in with colour grading tools.

To be apart of this process from beginning to end was insightful. I was able to help set up the shots for 3 different promos in one day. To add in the editing suite I used After Effects to mask the dark spots along with lens flares to make the seamless transitions smoother for the effect of the one take.

I was also apart of rotoscoping the talent used for social media promotions on Twitter and Youtube.
